Lecture synopsis

  • Each one of us is adequately trained to carry out our professional duties but oftentime falls woefully short when it comes to establishing and successfully managing a dental practice. Most often the only way to learn is through one’s own experience which can be both excruciatingly time consuming as well as expensive (in more ways than one! ).
  • There is a huge gap between what is and what ought to be. This interactive presentation will throw light on some of the variables & subtle nuances that may have a serious impact on the success or otherwise of a dental practice and can prove vital in determining whether a practice is ordinary or extraordinary.
  • Well, it all begins with a bar of soap…
